Why do we create retreats?
WORLD SOUL exists to hold that space: around a shared table, in wild quiet, and in the conversations that linger long after we leave.
Why do we want to create retreats?
This retreat exists to bring people back to themselves, into the present moment, to each other, and to God through a deeper encounter with consciousness — the reality beneath all of us.
We create a space where strangers become family, presence replaces distraction, and people reconnect with what matters most. In a world increasingly shaped by technology, we hold experiences that can never be replaced by AI: human connection and inner transformation.
The present moment is the only place life can be experienced. It is where we meet reality, ourselves, and one another.
The Experience
Philosophy discussions · Self-reflection · Journaling · Deep conversations · Purpose exploration · Studying the nature of consciousness
Movement practices · Yoga · Hiking · Nature experiences
Meditation · Temple visits · Silent mornings · Breathwork · Spiritual practices · Time in nature
Shared meals · Campfires · Storytelling circles · Boat trips & adventures · Group challenges · Art · Real Ashram experience
The Space
You'll stay at Shantilokha — an ashram homestay at the confluence of sacred rivers in Prayagraj, India. Part ashram, part home, part retreat space.
The Transformation
Stronger · Calmer · Present · Connected · Inspired
What transformation do we want participants to experience?
Inner strength and quiet confidence. Calmness and presence. A deeper understanding of yourself, lifelong friends by your side, and a more grounded way of being in everyday life.
Our three core values
Show up exactly as you are.
Try to be fully here, not lost in the past or the future.
To yourself, to others, and to something greater.
The interconnectedness of everything

Co-Founder · Facilitator
Luisa has been exploring self-development, healing, and inner growth from a young age. She began journaling at eleven and discovered her passion for movement and fitness at fifteen, when she started leading group fitness classes. By eighteen, she had completed her fitness education, building a strong foundation in movement, body awareness, and anatomy, as well as a nutrition education at Vitalakademie.
Alongside her work with the body, Luisa has spent many years exploring the inner world. Her own experiences with mental and emotional challenges sparked a deep interest in psychology, self-development, and healing. At sixteen, she discovered meditation, and her journey later led her to complete her yoga teacher training.
At WORLD SOUL, Luisa guides yoga, meditation, breathwork, and journaling. She brings a Western perspective while approaching Indian practices with curiosity, humility, and an open heart. Her personal journey continues to shape the way she holds space for others—with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.

A journey of curiosity, contemplation, and discovery.
I grew up in an ashram, surrounded by a spiritual environment that shaped the way I see life and the questions I carry within me. From an early age, I found myself drawn to the deeper dimensions of existence, exploring the wisdom of the Vedas, Indian philosophy, spirituality, and the fascinating relationship between consciousness and science.
Over time, these interests developed into a continuing journey of inquiry — a desire not merely to accept ideas, but to explore them, question them, and understand them through reflection, dialogue, and experience.
As your host, I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Through philosophy talks, conversations, and explorations of the cultural and spiritual heritage of India, I hope to create a space where we can learn from one another, ask meaningful questions, and encounter life from new perspectives.
Beyond the discussions, I will be there to welcome you, show you around, and share in the everyday experiences that make this journey special.
For me, a retreat is not simply a break from everyday life, but an opportunity to look at life with greater curiosity, openness, and depth.
